.It is our great pleasure to inform you that Master Peace International (India) is going to observe UN International Day of Peace and is organising Mega Musical events for Peace on the occasion at Utkal Mandap, Bhubaneswar, on 21st September, 2014 from 6 P.M. http://p.m.to/onwards. Renowned Ollywood Artists will be performing cultural events on the occasion besides the Musical Band competion
Master Peace International (India) was founded in 2013 in Bhubaneswar, Odisha as the first India Chapter of Master Peace having its Head Quarter in The Netherlands and Central Office at Cairo, Egypt. MasterPeace is an international bottom-up peace initiative working in more than 55 countries worldwide with a major goal to involve people in peace building. Besides many international awards and UN recognition for its activities on peace building Master Peacereceived an official UNCA Certificate of recognition for Innovation in Peace-building presented by the UN SG Mr. Ban Ki-Moon in 2014.
We are expecting His Excellancy, the Governor of Odisha, Dr S.C. Jamir to grace the occasion as Chief Guest and inaugurate the event. Shri Ashok Chandra Panda, Honble Minister of Culture and Tourism has given his consent to grace the occasion as Guest of Honour. Other Guests of the evening are Shri Priyadarshi Mishra, Honb,le MLA, Bhubaneswar (N), Ms Nibedita Nayak, Chairperson, State Social Welfare Board, Dr. Bimalendu Mohanty, Vice Chancellor, Utkal University of Culture .
We expect that about 5000 people especially youth from different Universities and colleges will be participating in the program. The programme will be live telecast by YouTube. NewBe TV (The Netherlands) will also semi live cast the programme on Sept 21 and 22, 2014.
