Bala Vikasa PDTC is extremely happy to announce its four-week-long Capacity Building Program with Exposure in “Community Driven Development” (CDD) scheduled from 3 - 27 November, 2014 at Bala Vikasa PDTC Premises.
Introduction
Bala Vikasa is a professional, innovative, secular non-profit that has been working with sustainable community development initiatives for the last 35 years in Andhra Pradesh, India.
Bala Vikasa PDTC has more than a decade of experience in capacity building of development practitioners and change agents from all over the country and across the globe.
The core methodologies and development strategies used at Bala Vikasa at an individual, community and organisational level form a crucial base for the CDD training program.
Exposure visits to Bala Vikasa community development programs deepen understanding of how CDDconcepts are applied and achieve practical and sustainable results.

Program Cost
The program cost is INR 40,000. Scholarships are available for eligible candidates from developing countries on first-come first-serve basis.
To encourage the participation of NGOs from different countries in our capacity building programs, Bala Vikasa PDTC provides food and boarding – (Non A/C rooms 3-sharing basis) within the premises of PDTC, at its own cost.
Application
The maximum intake number for the training program is only 25. Hence we request you to confirm your participation at the earliest by sending your application form which is attached to this email or can be downloaded from www.balavikasa.org. Registrations are in progress.
The last date for sending your application form is 20th October, 2014.
