Who can apply/ participate in India NGO Awards 2012-13: • All
organisations registered in India as Trusts, Societies or Section 25 companies
that have been working for a minimum of three years in social and environmental
transformation are eligible • Organisations with a valid 12 A registration
under the Indian Income Tax Act are ONLY eligible. Please DO NOT APPLY if you
do not have a valid 12A. • Organisations that propagate political or religious
doctrines are excluded from participation • National Award Winners from the
last two years are not eligible to apply. However, previous finalists are
eligible to apply. Steps to apply: 1. Fill the simple online application form
Part A which can ONLY can be submitted through this online application form. It
takes less than 10 minutes. 2 Part B is the core and second part of the
application process. Form for Part B would be emailed to you once you submit
Part A. Applications without Part B will not be considered. Part B requires the
head of organisation/ the fundraising head to carefully look at all questions.
