In our first offering of the HR Retreat we offer you a 3 day practitioner oriented program which provides an all-round experience on how to attract the right talent for your organization. ABOUT THE VENUE
CYSD DRTC is located in the heart of Bhubaneswar – the capital city of Odisha. DRTC is equipped with a high quality learning infrastructure and provides simple yet clean and modern residential facilities for
Participants. Bhubaneshwar is particularly pleasant around mid to late September and the weather is balmy with the monsoons retreating and a light hint of autumn in the air. Do carry normal clothing and rain protection gear.
DRTC is conveniently located and easy to find with maximum travel time by public bus or auto rickshaw of approximately 15 -20 minutes from the airport, railway station and bus stand. Since the residential facilities in DRTC are limited we encourage all participants to confirm their participation as early as possible. Should there be no availability at the DRTC hostel, we may offer assistance to confirmed participants to find alternative accommodation in the vicinity of the program venue to help maximize interaction and shared learning.

FACILITATORS’ PROFILES
Jagadananda currently leads CYSD, an autonomous development organization working with the tribal and rural poor in Odisha. He has been chairman of VANI and Credibility Alliance. He cares deeply about people and institutionalization challenges in the social sector and has published “Organization Behavior” aframe work for Non-Governmental Development Organizations and an Organization Self-Assessment tool for NGOs (OSANGO).In this program Jagadananda will dwell on the intricacies and challenges of the social sector with a focus on an organization’s ability to hire and onboard relevant and right talent. Hear him and participate a she draws learnings and relevancy from his three decades of rich civil society and NGO Leadership experience.

Santosh is a TISS alumnus and HR professional of repute with 14 years of experience running HR for progressive world class people organizations such as Wipro, Microsoft, AOL and Innovation Labs. He understands talent attraction and employer branding challenges in a hands-on manner having grown organizations from start up to maturity.

An advocate of lean and agile thinking in HR, Santos believes that the social sector today is on the cusp of the biggest HR leap of our times and provides his expertise and time to develop relevant HR frameworks for the social sector. He is also associated with Human Capital Foundation – an incubator of HR & OD practices for social sector organizations.

Sushree is a psychotherapist and counselling professional with expertise in dealing with complex psychological aspects of talent assessment, employee motivation and human concerns at the workplace. She regularly consults at some of the better known employers in India. She is founder of Human Capital Foundation – an incubator of HR & OD practices for social sector organizations. She has recently completed developmental coursework from Harvard University.

In this program Sushree will bring her unique abilities on psychometrics and assessments and help participants draw relevant skills and perspectives from right hiring standpoint.

FEE STRUCTURE
The course fee is Rs.9000/- (per module, per participant) inclusive of all taxes and it covers training materials, lunch and tea/coffee breaks during all the 3 training days. The charges for residential facilities are in addition.

Institutional Discount: Rs.7500/- per participant with minimum 2 or more participants.

RESIDENTIAL FACIILITY
please note that the residential facility is strictly on a first come–first served basis and subject to availability.

1. The hostel at the CYSD DRTC premises offers on-AC, shared dormitory bed accommodation, with shared external bathroom, at Rs.265/- per bed per day, inclusive of breakfast and (vegetarian) dinner.

Should there be no availability at the DRTC hostel we may offer assistance in booking accommodation at the Hotel Suryansh, with the following options:
2: Single bed room: Rs.2000+ taxes per person(special price) per day, with complimentary breakfast.
3: Twin sharing basis room: Rs.1300+ taxes per person per day (or Rs.2600+ taxes per room per day) with complimentary breakfast.
[Please note that program participants staying at Hotel Suryansh can opt for a (vegetarian) dinner coupon for the DRTC Canteen at Rs.60/- per person per day]
